A rich Indian curry featuring a variety of mushrooms cooked in aromatic spices. # Preparation Time - Prep: 10 mins - Cook: 40 mins - Total: 50 mins # Ingredients ## Mushrooms - 250 gms button mushroom - 250 gms black fungus - 250 gms white fungus - 250 gms shiitake mushrooms ## Aromatics - 1 onion - 3 garlic cloves - 2 green chillies - 1 tomato - 1 medium piece ginger ## Spices and Other Ingredients - 2 tbsp oil - 1 tsp shahi jeera (black cumin) - 200 gms butter - 1 tbsp turmeric powder - 1 tbsp red chilli powder - 1 tbsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder) - 1 tbsp cashew paste - Salt to taste # Instructions 1. Boil shiitake mushrooms 2. Heat oil in a pan 3. Add shahi jeera, chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and butter 4. Add button mushrooms and sliced shiitake mushrooms 5. Add spices: - Turmeric powder - Red chilli powder - Dhaniya powder - Salt 6. Add chopped tomatoes 7. Add the shiitake mushroom water and cashew paste 8.
